Jinn
The horror trailer
I chose is called jinn. As soon as you watch the trailer the narrator explains
the concept of the movie, he says man was made out of clay, angles was made out
of light and a third kind was made out of fire which was the jinn.
The trailer has a
dark opening scene zooming into the jinn. The Colour is really dark its dead
black and very dark purple which dark sinister music. In the middle of the
trailer it just has parts of the movie then at the end it has the cross which
represents Christianity then it has a Star of David, which represents Judaism,
and lastly it has the crescent moon and start which represents Islam. All of this
represents religion.
The picture above
is a jinn from the trailer, as you can see the face of the creature is very
clear and the background is very blurred because it wants you to focus on the
face. The jinn’s face its is very detailed with almost robotic face with fire
coming out of its cracked skin, and they eyes is blood red which gives it the
evilness to it. If you look at the face half of the face is very dark which
gives it a bit of mystery to it and it represents that is pure dark and evil, the
other half is light so you can see the creatures face. The picture if very
centred.
The picture above
is a screenshot of the trailer jinn. The Colour is dead black and dark purple,
which represents evilness and loneliness; the place looks like a small dark
cave were the jinn lives. Just towards the corner you can see a hole with
bright light coming through it which represents freedom and pureness which the
jinn cannot pass because its full of evil and misery. Finally just in the
middle are the jinn itself almost curled and its almost like sitting there
waiting for its victim.
the picture above is the symbol of christianity, judaism and islam. this represents that the jinn is mentioned in the three religions and the background which is really black means only religion is the way out without religion there is no hope . that is why the religious symbols are on top of the black background.
